- $10.50 BOTOX per unit for the first 12 months minimum of 20 units per treatment.
- 24 Annual Day Passes, two per month – reservations required.

- The Thrive membership is good at both The Refuge Spa and Dolce Vita Wellness Spa located at The Village at Rancharrah.
A 6-month commitment with auto renew monthly is required for The Refuge Remedy plan and a 12-month for The Renew and Thrive plan. Account balance rolls over monthly. 30-day cancellation notice, with 3-months to use remaining balance. Account balance cannot be used for treatment gratuity. Monthly Day Spa passes are credited to account and expire in 30 days, depend on spa availability, and are transferable. Presence required when bringing a guest to use membership benefits and Day Spa passes. Price for Botox cannot be combined with other offers. After 12 months of $10.50 Botox promo, pricing is 10% off retail price/unit. Member discounts do not apply to packages or gift cards. Only one offer can be used, no combined discounts.
